Service

Your Business Song creates custom company songs based on public information and/or information supplied by the customer. The exact deliverables depend on the selected package or offer.

Essential

Essential is a one-time €69 purchase. It includes the finished song as heard, the full MP3 master, a commercial company license for the website, organic social media, internal use and company events, and a license document. A WAV master is not part of Essential.

Signature

Signature is a one-time €149 purchase. It includes Essential plus the listed choices of music style, voice, energy, language and length up to five minutes, MP3 and WAV masters, an instrumental version, one revision round and extended company use. The additional Signature version is produced after confirmed payment and delivered separately. The included revision round can then be requested by replying to the delivery email with specific feedback.

Delivery

Private previews are targeted for delivery after we review your request where reasonably possible. This is a service target, not an absolute guarantee in cases of force majeure, technical disruption or unusually complex requirements.

Usage rights

After full payment, the customer receives the usage rights described in the applicable offer. Resale, sublicensing or transfer to third parties is excluded unless agreed in writing.

Payment

Available payment methods may vary by country and provider. Payments may in particular be processed through Stripe and PayPal.

Liability

No specific commercial result, reach or marketing outcome is guaranteed. Mandatory statutory liability rules remain unaffected.
