Custom digital service

Company songs are individually created for a specific company and are not standard off-the-shelf goods.

Before purchase

Where a private preview is provided, the customer can listen before deciding to purchase, substantially reducing purchase risk.

After unlock / download

After full payment, unlock or delivery of digital master files, refunds may be restricted or excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Technical problems

If a paid file cannot be delivered technically or is demonstrably corrupted, we will first provide a working replacement file.
